SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Herrera successfully supported the County in the design and construction of the emergency  project.  A second phase of work is necessary to conduct remaining repairs to the road and provide required environmental mitigation.  Supplement No. 2 provides for design and permit support for this Phase 2 project
