SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

 

The Whatcom County Code indicates that proposed comprehensive plan and development regulation amendments are to be docketed by the County Council.  Planning and Development Services is forwarding a proposed resolution so that Council can determine which amendments to docket for further review.
