The 23-Hour Crisis Relief Center Project fund seeks an initial budget of $1,000,000 as described in Exhibit A. The completion of the 23-Hour Crisis Relief Center will fulfill one of the first priorities identified in the Justice Project Needs Assessment Implementation Plan by providing behavioral health urgent and crisis services to individuals in Whatcom County.
