SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The purpose of the proposed amendments to WCC 24.03 is to adopt language in Exhibit A to update references and definitions, remove outdated language and amend permit suspension language to support a more educational and less punitive approach for retail food establishment regulation.
