SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Whatcom County has been awarded additional federal Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STPG) funds for the construction phase of the Birch Bay Drive & Pedestrian Project.  A Local Agency Agreement is necessary to obligate the funds by September 15, 2022, as required in the attached award letters, or funds may be subject to reallocation by the Policy Board
