Ordinance amending Whatcom County Code 2.46 to revise the Incarceration Prevention and Reduction Task Force purpose, function, membership, and organization; to repeal Whatcom County Code 2.19, Law and Justice Council; and to designate the Task Force to serve as the Law and Justice Council.
