Administrative Services Finance requests approval for the County Executive to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Stevens County. This reciprocal agreement will allow Whatcom County and Stevens County to utilize each other's comptetively bid contracts for purchase of supplies, goods, services, and equipment, pursuant to RCW Chapter 39.34 Interlocal Cooperation Act. There is no fee to enter into this agreement
