SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

This interlocal agreement allows for cooperative maintenance and operation of various park properties owned and operated by both County Parks and WDFW. The agreement lays out general duties and responsibilities both parties make take, but does not impose obligations
