This interagency agreement with Washington Department of Ecology provides a five member crew and supervisor to perform environmental restoration work, disaster response, water quality monitoring, and public outreach assistance for the period October 7, 2019 through September 10, 2020. Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association is a partner under a separate agreement and will provide funding and office and equipment space
