SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Surface Mining Advisory Committee Member Kathleen Greenbaum was appointed July 2023 to represent a potable domestic groundwater supply. Ms. Greenbaum is asking Council to change her representation to either the vacant agriculture or forestry representative position. Her term would remain the same, with her first term ending 1/31/2027.
