SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The Lake Whatcom Homeowner Incentive Program provides technical assistance and cost share incentives for homeowners to install best management practices that reduce phosphorus runoff into Lake Whatcom. The Whatcom Conservation District will continue to provide technical assistance to homeowners and program implementation assistance through this agreement in 2022
