SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Whatcom Humane Society will provide animal control and shelter services to Whatcom County. Services include but are not exclusive to: housing, administering regulations, enforcement and penalties pursuant to County ordinances, statues and local code as described in Exhibit A.
