SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

 

Whatcom County previously contracted with The Administrative Office of the Courts for reimbursement of costs related to the water rights adjudication. The reimbursement amount for state fiscal year July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025 is increased from $417,300 to $1,694,00. This is an increase to the original contract in the amount of $1,230,600, for a total amended contract amount of $2,111,900
