SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Per WCC 3.08.100(A), the Sheriff’s Office requests approval for the County Executive to award Bid #19-59 for the purchase of one 27’ full cabin patrol boat to low bidder, Inventech Marine Solutions, in an amount not to exceed $373,499.26. Funding was appropriated on approved Supplemental #7 (Ordinance #2019-041). Funding sources for this purchase are: US Department of Homeland Security Grant ($280,125.00), private donation from Phillips66 ($25,000.00), and the General Fund - Vessel Registration Fee (VRF) Reserve Account ($68,375.00)
