Per WCC 3.08.100(A), Facilities Management request approval for the County Executive to award Bid #22-63 and enter into a contract between Whatcom County and low-bidder Andgar Mechanical LLC, located in Ferndale, to add heat pumps to the Sunhouse, in the amount of $97,429.31. Funding for this project was approved by Council on 02/21/2023 in the Low-Income Housing Projects Fund, under Supplemental ID #2023-3876, and appropriated on Ordinance #2023-007
