Administrative Services Finance requests approval for the County Executive to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Kitsap County to utilize each other’s competitively bid contracts for purchase of supplies, goods, services, and equipment, pursuant to RCW 39.34 Interlocal Cooperation Act. There is no fee to enter into this agreement
