Supplemental no. 5 requests from the Flood Control Zone District Fund to appropriate $7,550 from Samish Watershed Subzone to Maintenance & Operation due to an increase in labor costs. This request also appropriates $250,000 from Natural Resources to Maintenance and Operation via DOE grants for Adjudication technical assistance and Ecology collaboration, for a net balance of $7,550.
