Per WCC 3.08.100(A), Adminstrative Services Facilities requests approval for the County Executive to award Bid #21-05 and enter into a contract between Whatcom County and low bidder Andgar Corporation for the 3rd Floor Judges' Chambers HVAC project, in the amount of $112,281.60. Funding for this project was approved by Council in the REET I Fund, under Supplemental ID #3521, on November 9, 2021, and appropriated on Ordinance #2021-069
