Supplemental #13 requests funding from the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $50,000 in Health to fund Naloxone Box Pilot Project.
2. To appropriate $27,500 in Health to fund Recovery Navigation Coordinator.
3. To appropriate $21,450 in Health to fund Community Health Worker for Outreach - Refugee Health Access.
4. To appropriate $10,000 in Health to fund Substance Use Disorder (SUD) professional.
5. To appropriate $45,833 in Health to fund Wiser Lake assessment for harmful algal blooms (HAB) and develop a Lake Cyanobacteria Management Plan (LCMP).
6. To record a reimbursement of $4,053 in Auditor to Administrative Division for recount activity.
7. To record a reimbursement of $347 in Auditor to Recordings Division for recount activity.
8. To record a reimbursement of $1,650 in Auditor to Licensing Division for recount activity.
9. To appropriate $11,509 in Sheriff to fund City of Bellingham 2024 Byrne JAG award to purchase ballistic vests.
10. To appropriate $440,000 in Sheriff to fund Department of Justice award for the purchase of a rapid DNA machine.
11. To appropriate $45,163 in District Court to fund Administrative Office of the Courts award for interpreter costs.
12. To appropriate $43,747 in Executive to fund passthrough of Military Department award to What-Comm 911.
