The purpose of this subrecipient agreement is to identify the activities that will be conducted by the Whatcom Conservation District (WCD) to provide data coordination, technical assistance to the landowners/operators with non-dairy agriculture, and farm series workshops in support of and in coordination with the Whatcom County PIC Program
